As Deputy CEO, Mark is responsible for housing, property services, customer engagement, health and safety and asset management. With over 20 years’ experience in the affordable housing sector, Mark has guided organisations through start-up and periods of significant growth, improving performance and managing complex regeneration projects. He is devoted to improving the quality of life for our residents and believes this can be done by providing a great customer experience, ensuring that our rent is affordable and our customers’ homes are well-maintained, safe and modern.

Mark joined Local Space in 2018 from Dolphin Living, Westminster where he delivered award-winning new affordable housing products such as personalised rents and the home ownership accelerator. He previously led the start-up and management of the affordable housing provider’s operations at East Village London (formerly the London 2012 Athletes’ Village). Outside of Local Space, Mark sits on the Board of Tower of Hamlets Community Housing (THCH).
