As Assistant Director of Development, Kumraz is responsible for property acquisitions and development projects, working with our local authority partners to provide high-quality homes for people facing homelessness. Kumraz joined Local Space in 2016 with over 20 years’ experience in the social housing sector and previously working as a lawyer.

Kumraz is a member of the Law Society and a corporate member of the Chartered Institute of Housing. She has successfully delivered the acquisition of over 1000 homes for Local Space, contributing significantly to its growth strategy.
