Claire Griffiths-Naylor

As Head of Service Improvement and Customer Voice, Claire leads on policy, business intelligence, service improvement and customer enagagement. She is also accountable for monitoring compliance within the consumer standards and leads on complaints performance and maintaining compliance in line with the Housing Ombudsman Complaint Handling Code. Additionally, she oversees data accuracy and transparency to meet reporting requirements aligned with the Tenant Satisfaction Measures. Claire joined Local Space in December 2023 with 16 years’ experience in the housing sector. She is passionate about improving Local Space’s services ensuring that the customer voice is at the heart of our work.
