Nicola O’Neill, Property Services Manager at Local Space, has been shortlisted as Team Leader of the Year (Residential) at the Property Week Inspiring Women in Property Awards 2024.
We’re proud of the work that Nicola has achieved in the past two years of joining Local Space. She has led her team to transform Local Space’s repairs and maintenance function, reflected in customer satisfaction statistics, and has been recognised by Local Space staff who voted her team the housing association’s Team of the Year 2024 (pictured above).
Nicola’s team is responsible for planning and delivering the investment we make in our homes including implementing a decarbonisation programme, kitchen and bathroom renewals and retrofitting more energy efficient heating systems to older properties.
