London based Local Space housing association has retained its current status of G1 (for governance) and V1 (for financial viability) following a successful in-depth assessment by the social housing regulator.
Local Space, a registered social housing provider now in its 12th year, has retained its G1 V1 status.
2018 continues to be a good year for Local Space confirming its G1 and V1 alongside the recent reaffirmation of its AA- S&P Global credit rating. This demonstrates how well Local Space is holding its own in a continuing challenging economic environment. The Regulator’s
assessment continues to be robust in its evaluation while Local Space has worked hard to raise its standards year on year.
