Each year we publish our Residents’ Report to give our customers a summary of our yearly performance, how we’ve invested in our customer’s homes and developed new ones, and what we’re doing to make service improvements. We also share feedback from some of our residents, provide an insight into the important work our staff and Tenants’ Panel do, and set out key priorities for the year ahead.
