Welcome to our latest Residents’ Report. This is our year in review, covering the period from 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025.

This year, we celebrated the end of our Corporate Strategy 2020–25 and launched our new Corporate Strategy 2025-30: Foundations for Successful Lives. Our revitalised mission is to help solve the homelessness crisis for families by delivering high-quality homes that build foundations for successful lives.

Over the past year, we’ve made real progress and seen customer satisfaction rise to 75%.

We’re proud that in 2024-25, we:

  • Strengthened your voice through our new Customer Services Committee and resident-led panel and group.
  • Supported residents through financial difficulties to help more people sustain their tenancies.
  • Achieved 86% customer satisfaction with repairs, with follow-ups to improve where needed.
  • Completed our largest stock condition survey to plan future investment in homes.
  • Continued to help end rough sleeping through the Single Homelessness Accommodation Programme (SHAP).
  • Secured funding to make around 100 homes warmer, greener, and cheaper to run.

Looking ahead, our new strategy focuses on delivering 20% more settled homes, improving services and technology, and supporting residents to sustain their tenancies with us. We’re also committed to making Local Space an inclusive, welcoming, and anti-racist workplace, ensuring everyone feels they belong.

Thank you to everyone who shared their views in focus groups or surveys – your feedback helps shape services that work better for you, now and in the future.
