Local Space Committees

We have three committees, they are: 

The Equality and Diversity and Remuneration Committee

The Equality and Diversity and Remuneration Committee makes sure that we have the right strategies, policies and practices in place that we need to look after our staff and stay within employment laws. It also advises and guides the Board on all equality and diversity issues.

The members of this committee are:

The Audit Committee

The Audit Committee ensures that we protect our business, run it sucessfully and keep it strong. The Committee helps to protect what we own, so that it does not lose its value; it makes sure we think about and protect ourselves from business risks and threats and work in the right way and don’t break any rules or laws.

The members of this committee are:

  • Manu Nair (Co-optee)

The New Business Committee

The New Business Committee ensures the viability of all potential new business activities, property development and acquisitions for Local Space.

The members of the Committee are:

  • Cllr Andrew Baikie
